How to book:
Step 1: Decide which room best suits your event needs.
Step 2: Check availability using our online calendar below.
Step 3: Click the “+” icon in the top corner of the desired room and date on the calendar. This will take you to the Hallmaster booking page, where you’ll need to provide your details and create an account.
Step 4: Confirm you’ve selected the correct date. Enter your setup time (when you’ll arrive) and cleanup time (when you’ll leave). These times will guide the caretaker’s schedule for opening and locking the venue.
Step 5: Add any additional rooms if required. Be sure to include the kitchen under “rooms” if you need access.
Step 6: Verify your email address to receive your booking confirmation. Without email verification, your booking cannot be processed.
Step 7: Accept the Terms and Conditions of Hire to proceed.
Step 8: Pay the Damages Deposit using the bank details on the booking request form, which you receive by email, within 2 days of requesting the booking. Failure to pay will result in the booking being cancelled.
Important: Verify your email address and check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email!

Kid’s Birthday Package is a 3 hour booking for children 13 and under finishing before 7pm. This includes use of a kitchen – please select the box for the kitchen if you require this. Set-up time and clear away time is included within the 3 hours. Additional time can be booked at the Standard Hire Rate.
New Commercial Users and Frequent/Regular Users – please contact booking clerk for pricing
All rubbish must be removed from the premises by the hirer and the rooms must be cleaned ready for the next user. Failure to do so will result in loss of the damages deposit.
The booking time is from when the premises is unlocked at the start of your booking to when the premises is locked at the end. Any un-booked use will be charged at double the usual hire rate.
All hirers must vacate the Premises by midnight having cleaned and tidied up.
