IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your damages deposit:
For the child’s birthday party package – please pay a refundable damages deposit of £75 per booking
For bookings ending before 8:59 pm – please pay a refundable damages deposit of £150 per booking*
For bookings ending after 9:00 pm – please pay a refundable damages deposit of £750 per booking*.
Failure to pay within 3 working days results in cancellation of the booking.
* We want the centre to remain accessible to our local community. If you are a local resident or already known to the centre, you are welcome to ask about a reduced booking deposit by emailing us at finance@wadscc.co.uk
The booking time is from when the premises is unlocked at the start of your booking to when the premises is locked at the end. Any un-booked use will be charged at double the usual hire rate. Please allow sufficient time to fully tidy up and clean all the areas you have used so you are able to leave at the end time of your booking.
Kid’s Birthday Package is a 3 hour booking for children 13 and under finishing before 7pm. This includes use of a kitchen. Set-up time and clear away time is included within the 3 hours.
All rubbish must be removed and the rooms must be cleaned to the standard required by the Caretaker or other WADSCC representative in attendance.
Cancellation charges : Cancellation charges (including reduction in booking length): Less than 3 weeks’ notice: Full hire fee payable. More than 3 weeks’ notice: No charge.

By Confirming a booking at WADS CC you agree to be bound by the Hiring Agreements found under WADSCC Policies.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE EMAIL BOOKING CONFIRMATION from the Hallmaster software. Please note this is a no-reply email address.
