IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ
- For bookings ending before 10pm – please pay a refundable deposit of £100 per room hired excluding kitchen – please select the box for the kitchen if you require this. . The invoice must also be paid in full prior to the start of hire*.
- For bookings ending after 10pm – please pay a refundable deposit of £500. The invoice must also be paid in full prior to the start of hire*.
- * does not apply to approved REGULAR USERS. (For booking of the MUGA & FIELD no deposit is required)
The booking time is from when the premises is unlocked at the start of your booking to when the premises is locked at the end. Any un-booked use will be charged at double the usual hire rate. Please allow sufficient time to fully tidy up and clean all the areas you have used so you are able to leave at the end time of your booking.
Kid’s Birthday Package is a 3 hour booking for children 13 and under finishing before 7pm. This includes use of a kitchen. Set-up time and clear away time is included within the 3 hours.
All rubbish must be removed and the rooms must be cleaned to the standard required by the Caretaker or other WADSCC representative in attendance.
Cancellation charges : Cancellation charges (including reduction in booking length): Less than 3 weeks’ notice: Full hire fee payable. More than 3 weeks’ notice: No charge.

By Confirming a booking at WADS CC you agree to be bound by the Hiring Agreements found under WADSCC Policies.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BOOKINGS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE EMAIL BOOKING CONFIRMATION from the Hallmaster software. Please note this is a no-reply email address.
